Grab any face-up card, cargo and all. Mind the sting.
About Scorpion Solitaire
A spider with a nastier temper. All seven columns build down in the same suit, and you can seize any face-up card no matter what sits on top of it — the whole jumble comes along for the ride. That freedom is the trap: one careless grab and a card ends up buried under its own kind, dead for the rest of the deal. Three reserve cards wait for the moment it all locks up. Assemble four King-to-Ace runs or get stung trying.
How to Play
Drag any face-up card — everything stacked on it moves too. Cards land only on the next rank up of the SAME suit. Kings alone take empty columns. Stuck? Deal the 3 reserve cards. Build four full King→Ace suit runs to win.
💡 Tips & Strategy
Watch for self-burials before every grab. The fatal position is a card trapped under a higher card of its own suit — once a 7♠ sits beneath the 9♠ in the same column, that line may be dead. Check what a move covers, not just what it moves.
Work toward the face-down cards in the left columns; they cannot be played until exposed, and games are lost by tidying the right side while the left stays sealed.
Hold the three reserve cards until you are genuinely stuck — they are your only randomness, and spending them into a locked board wastes the one reshuffle of fate you get. Kings into empty columns: only when the King drags a useful tail behind it.
