Draw, meld, lay off, discard — race the CPU to 100.
About Rummy
The card game half the world grew up on, played head-to-head against the computer. Collect sets of a kind and runs in suit, lay them on the table, and bolt spare cards onto any meld already down — yours or the CPU’s. Every turn is the same cruel choice: the safe card from the stock, or the discard you can see and clearly want, knowing the CPU is reading every card you take. First to 100 points takes the match.
How to Play
Draw from the stock or the discard pile, then discard one card to end your turn. Meld sets (three of a kind) and runs (consecutive, same suit); lay off singles on any table meld. Going out scores you everything left in the CPU’s hand. First to 100 wins.
💡 Tips & Strategy
Watch every card the CPU takes from the discard pile — that is it telling you its melds. Stop feeding that suit and rank range immediately.
Prefer keeping cards that work in two directions: a 7♥ next to your 8♥ and 7♣ is worth more than an isolated pair. Middle ranks connect to more runs than aces and kings.
Lay off aggressively once melds are on the table — every card off your hand is points you can't be caught holding. But early on, a turn of patience that completes a run beats melding three cards the moment you have them.
