Thirteen columns, Kings buried at the bottom, every deal winnable.
About Baker’s Dozen Solitaire
Thirteen columns of four cards, all face up, nothing hidden — just you against the layout. Move the top card of any column onto a card one rank higher, in any suit, and work each suit up from Ace to King on the foundations. The twist: only one card moves at a time, and an emptied column stays empty forever. The Kings are already tucked at the bottom of their columns, so they never block you. Every deal here is checked by a solver before you see it, so if you get stuck, the way out exists. Undo freely and use the hint.
How to Play
Move the top card of a column onto a card one rank higher — any suit. Only one card moves at a time. Empty columns stay empty. Build each suit from Ace to King on the foundations. Every deal is winnable. Stuck? Undo a few moves or tap 💡 for a hint.
💡 Tips & Strategy
Free the Aces first. Find where each Ace is buried and plan the moves that dig it out; an Ace stuck under three cards is the most common way these deals stall.
Every move is final in one sense: once a column empties, it stays empty. So don't rush to clear columns — they give you nothing. Instead think of each column as a stack you are slowly unpicking toward the foundations.
Building down in any suit is flexible, but don't bury low cards under high ones you won't free soon. When you're stuck, undo back to the last real choice and try another route — every deal here is proven winnable, so the way out always exists.
