🪣 Colour Flood

🧩 Puzzle · 15 plays

Colour Flood

Paint the board into one colour before the moves run dry.

About Colour Flood

One colour to rule the board. You own the top-left corner; every colour you tap repaints your whole territory and swallows every matching neighbour. The move counter is the villain — early game you grab whichever colour eats the most, but the wins come from thinking two floods ahead and setting up the greedy chain reactions. Levels grow, budgets tighten, and "one more level" stops meaning anything by level five.

How to Play

Tap a colour to flood your region, growing from the top-left. Every adjacent cell of that colour joins your territory. Turn the whole board one colour before the move counter hits zero.

💡 Tips & Strategy

Feel the difference between growth and reach. Early, take the colour that adds the most cells. From mid-game, take the colour that extends your frontier toward untouched corners — a big blob that touches nothing new is a wasted move.

Look two floods ahead: sometimes a small colour now welds three regions together so the next tap swallows a quarter of the board. Chain-setting beats greedy from about move five onward.

Corners are the deadline. A far corner in a colour you keep skipping becomes a two-move tax at the worst time — sweep toward the distant edges before the counter gets thin.
