Four secret words. Nine guesses. Every guess hits all four boards at once.
About Word Quad
The five-letter guessing game, times four. Four hidden words, four boards side by side, and every word you type lands on all of them at the same time. Green means right letter, right spot; yellow means the letter is in that word but elsewhere; grey means it is not there. The keyboard splits each key into four corners so you can see how a letter did on every board at a glance. Solve all four inside nine guesses — unused guesses pay a bonus. One daily set for everyone, plus unlimited practice.
How to Play
Type a five-letter word and press Enter — it goes onto all four boards. Green = right place, yellow = wrong place, grey = not in that word. Each key is split into four corners, one per board. Solve all four words within 9 guesses. Spare guesses score a bonus.
💡 Tips & Strategy
Burn your first two or three guesses on coverage, not answers. Two openers with ten different common letters (say, SLATE then CORNY) will light up something on nearly every board.
Then lock in whichever board is closest to solved. Every solve is a guess you can spend purely on the other three boards' unknowns, and the bonus for spare guesses rewards finishing boards early.
Watch the four-way keyboard: a letter grey on three boards but yellow on one is a huge clue for that board. When two boards both need info, pick a word that tests fresh letters for both instead of solving one blind.
