Thirty seconds. Real words. Your true WPM, no rounding up.
About Typing Test
The typing test that tells you the truth. A stream of real words, a highlighted target, and a clock — type the word, hit space, take the next one. Mistakes turn red and stand their ground until you backspace and fix them, so accuracy is not a suggestion, it is the whole score. Thirty seconds, sixty seconds or a flat 25-word dash, live WPM as you go, and a best score that becomes strangely important to defend.
How to Play
Type the highlighted word, then press space to move on. Errors turn red — backspace and fix them before you can continue. Modes: 30s, 60s or 25 words. Tab or Enter restarts instantly.
💡 Tips & Strategy
Accuracy IS speed here. A mistake costs the backspace, the correction, and the rhythm — three words' worth of time. Type at the pace where errors stop happening and your WPM will rise on its own.
Read one word ahead of your fingers. Your eyes should be on the next word while the current one types itself — that pipeline, not finger speed, is what separates 60 from 90.
Hit space with your thumb without breaking flow, keep your rhythm steady like a metronome rather than bursty, and run the 30-second mode for training loops: short enough to restart the instant a run goes ragged, honest enough to count.
