About Traffic Hop
The arcade road-safety lesson of 1981, lovingly recreated. Guide your frog across lane after lane of traffic to the flag — hop by hop, gap by gap. Each crossing speeds the cars up and tightens the gaps, and three squashes end the run. A median strip halfway across offers one blessed moment of calm. Reflexes, patience, repeat.
How to Play
Tap to hop forward; swipe left/right/down to dodge (or use arrows). Cars squash — wait for gaps. The middle strip is safe. Reach the flag to level up; each level is faster. Three lives.
💡 Tips & Strategy
Watch the lane after next. The classic mistake is hopping through one gap straight into the next lane's traffic — line up two gaps before you commit.
The median strip is a genuine save point. Get there, breathe, and read the top half fresh.
Sideways hops are underrated: sliding along a safe row to line up with a gap beats waiting for the gap to come to you.
Speed rises each level but patterns stay honest — every lane has a rhythm. Two seconds of watching beats three lost lives of hoping.
